What We're Reading Today--and Where

Today I'm taking the summer reading outside--up the tree stand, to be precise. Josh moved the pigs into a glorious new silvopasture section, and we celebrated with a summer trek in  the basswoods. The mosquitoes are so bad we're even wearing GLOVES. We can't help it--the woods are so great.  The book?  Marilynne Robinson's Gilead,  a lovely, powerful CoreBook read for Wheaton College .   "That's a leaf. A leaf off a tree."
